Visit to London

Today, we've finally gone to London. We have got up at 7:00 am, earlier than usually. We've left Birmingham at 8:00 am and have got London at 12:oo pm because of a traffic jam due to an accident. Once there, we have had a very busy morning: we have visited the British Museum (the Rosetta Stone, the mummies...), Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square (Lord Nelson's column), the first Minister's house at number 10 Downing Street, the Houses of Parliament with the Big Ben clock and finally Westminster Abbey. After that, we've stopped in St. James park to have our packed lunch. In the afternoon, we have seen Piccadilly Circus, Regent's Street with Hamleys Toy Store, Oxford Street, Marble Arch (our meeting point in front of the McDonalds) and finally, we have got to Hyde Park where we've taken the bus to go to the London Bridge and the Tower of London passing near Buckingham Palace and the Thames river.
It's been a tiring day but London is worth. We've enjoyed a lot!
