We woke up at 8:00, then we did our breakfast. That was very delicious!!! Then we made our bedrooms. We prepared the bag and we went to the university.
In the university, we met our teacher and did a game to know the names. Later we wrote descriptions abour ourselves using a powtoon.
We had lunch in the university (pasta, salad and ice-cream)
Then, we went to take the train station to pick a train for going to the swimming pool.
In the swimming pool we played all time with our friends. After the swimming pool we picked the train to return to accomodation.
We returned to university to have dinner (chicken, french fries, salad and fruit)
We walked to the accomodation and we played baseball. Then we had a shower and after that we talked about what are going to do tomorrow.
We enjoyed!!!
Hugs & kisses family!

MUCHAS GRACIAS

Raquel y Gonzalo.

LAST DAY
After lunch, we went to Mai's class to present our work of the week, but we had also the last ceremony. We received a diploma from the university and we got the prizes of different activities that we have done during the camp. We watched also the movies that we recorded last Saturday and and a final video reminder of all the camp. Once we finished we went to the accommodation and we had some time to take a shower and wear our bests clothes.
After dinner we had the last party. When we were entering there were some poster asking where was she. Finally she was Dory and we could find her in the dining room. We party until 23:00 when we went to sleep because tomorrow some of us have to wake up very early.

ALTON TOWERS
Hello to all the families.
Yesterday, we woke up at 6:00 because we went to Alton Towers (the biggest theme park in England). We had breakfast and we took the train to go to the center wehre we met the families group. There, we had to wait a lot of time because the bus was late, but at 9:30 we could go to Alton Towers.
Once we arrived at Alton Towers some of us went to buy the fast pass ticket because the queues were very long. Then we split into groups and we went to the roller coasters like Smiler, Rita, Nemesis or oblivion. It was a warm day so some of us decided to ride in water roller coasters to refresh a little bit.
At 17:45 we met in the entrance of the park to take the bus and come back to Birmingham where we had dinner, we watched Frozen and then we went to sleep. It was a very long day and we were very tired.
Hugs and kisses.
Nico and Adrià.

DANCE & MTV AWARDS
After lunch, we had a very special activity: dance. We had a really good dancer teaching us to dance two songs. He asked us before start and we decided to begin with the difficult one, but we could manage it. It was amazing, he dances very very well and we were impressed of his movements.
Around 21:00 we went to the accommodation to cook the packed lunch for Alton Towers. We could choose the topic of our wrap: chicken, bacon, cheese, salad, tomato...
Finally, we hadn't got kitchen time because we had to wake up early.
See you soon mom and dad.
Carlos and Dani.
SWIMMING DAY
Hello Families!!
Monday was a typical day in BCU. We woke up at 8:00 and had breakfast before to go to class. In class we finish our scrapbooks and we decided the project to show to the rest of the group in the final festival on Friday.
After lunch, we took the train to go to the swimming pool. Our leaders Raquel and Gonzalo swam with us too and we had a good time with them in the water. At 17:00 we changed our clothes and we went back to the university to have dinner. On Monday we didn't have activity because we practised the MTV shows of Tuesday.
As usual at 23:00 we went to sleep.

On saturday, we woke up like everyday at 8:00. After breakfast we had class two hours to prepare the presentation of the chocolate that we have been doing during all this week. At noon both groups went to Mai's class to present to the entire group different topics of the chocolate.
After lunch, we went back to the classes to practise for the last time our films. Then, at 15:00 we went to the accommodation and we split up in the three groups to record all the scenes of the film. When we finish, we produce the films and we went to have dinner.
Finnally, to finish the day we saw a movie and we went to bed. It was a calm day

CADBURY WORLD (BCU GROUP)
Yesterday we woke up at 7:45 in the morning and we had breakfast 15 min earlier because we had to take the train at 9:14 to Bournville. When we started our tour a lady gave us three different chocolate bars and we started with the history of chocolate. The leaders gave us some papers with questions to answer during the visit, like a game. We visit many sections and we ate a lot of chocolate.
Once we finished the tour we went to the shop to buy some souvenirs and then we went to watch a 4D movie in Cadbury. There, we ate our packed lunch and we talk a lot. We couldn't play because it was rainning but we went to the bowling from last Friday and we could decide to go to the bowling or watch a film, but except for two of us the group choose the bowling.
At 18:00 we met at the cinema entrance and we went back to BCU to have dinner. After dinner we played a quiz with topics like English food or Students and we went to bed at 23:00 very tired.
Yesterday was an excited day and we loved it.

ICE SKATING (BCU GROUP)
We started the day as usual with the breakfast at 8:30 but when we were going to class Joana and Mai lead us to the supermarket next to the university to buy some things to do some snack. Yesterday the class was in the kitchens cooking crispy desserts. We couldn't eat them because we were eating one hour later. After lunch, we went back to the accommodation to meet the group families and we took a bus together to go to the ice skating. We skate for one hour and a half and some of us fell down many times because we are learning. But, anyway, we had a lot of fun.
After the ice skating we went to a park next to the ice skating but we had forgotten the balls so we had to go to a shop to buy some balls to play in the park.
Once back in BCU, we went to have dinner and our leader Gonzalo showed as some amazing experiments like an oil planet between alochol and water. Then, we saw a little presentation about Cadbury world, the visit of the day after and we went to sleep.
See you in one week.
Juan & Daniel.

VOLLEYBALL (BCU GROUP)
That day we had class at 14:00 to prepare the film, but we had two hours, one in the classes and the other in the accommodation because one of the groups started to record their film. At 17:00 we went to the sports hall of the accommodation to play volleyball with the sports teams. Blue team won but both teams played very well.
After volleyball we had a shower and we went to have dinner. The final activity was a special bingo with images of London instead of the normal numbers. We had a lot of fun.
Finally, at kitchen time the girls fried Mars with Joana (one of the teachers) and Raquel (the leader). It sounds weird but it tasted very good.
A lot of kisses to the families, we miss you!

ATHLETICS DAY (BCU GROUP)
After lunch, we had time with our teachers to finish the movie and practise the dialogues. We started with all the atrezzo but unfortunatly, it was raining heavily so we had to wait until it stopped to go to Poundland to buy the props for the film.
Then, we went to dinner and we played a competition with the sports teams. There was a relay race, hula hoop, triple jump and a sack race to finnish. Once we finnished, we went to the kitchen to have some free time and then, we went to sleep.

LOT'S OF EMOTIONS TODAY (BCU GROUP)
Today we woke up at half past 8. Everyone had breakfast in the accommodation.
We sent to Sunday Mass, and some of us helped.
Later, we had lunch in KFC (yummy chicken!), and we went to the Bullring and we bought a lot of things.
When we arrived at BCU we did a chess competition.
Then we had a very very very special surprise: The EURO Cup Final, France vs Portugal (0-1). Joana is very happy and we aren’t going to have class all of the week - maybe.
